One of the major causes of back pain is poor posture – a real problem for those of us who spend our days stuck behind desks.

Course summary

This one-day DSE risk assessment course covers the requirements for carrying out a DSE risk assessment in line with the Health and Safety Executive’s (HSE) guidance. It's been designed to introduce delegates to the application of workplace DSE assessment, selection of equipment and integration of ergonomic principles into the set-up and design of the workplace area.
